<\/a>La r\u00e9ponse s\u00e9curitaire et la r\u00e9ponse s\u00e9curitaire ext\u00e9rieure, par nature intermittente, ne suffit pas, m\u00eame si elle peut \u00eatre n\u00e9cessaire. La r\u00e9novation urbaine ne peut \u00eatre r\u00e9ussie que si elle investit dans l\u2019Humain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il faut renforcer le pouvoir d\u2019agir de toutes celles et ceux qui \u0153uvrent directement, au quotidien et dans la dur\u00e9e dans les quartiers en proie aux difficult\u00e9s. Associations, familles, \u00e9coles, services publics\u2026 il n\u2019y aura pas de solutions sans eux. Cela appelle des r\u00e9ponses nationales et locales, des initiatives concert\u00e9es, des moyens et de la volont\u00e9 politique. Bien s\u00fbr, c\u2019est \u00e0 la t\u00eate et au porte-monnaie des r\u00e9seaux mafieux qu\u2019il faut aussi s\u2019attaquer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Merci \u00e0 toutes celles et ceux qui continuent malgr\u00e9 des moments difficiles et parfois de d\u00e9couragement de tenir et de montrer par cet appel leur d\u00e9termination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
